Licensed Paralegal

G. A. (Gerry) Moyer joined the firm of Lefebvre and Lefebvre in January 2008 as a Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Consultant, after retiring from a successful career with the W.S.I.B. as a Senior Claims Adjudicator.

As well Gerry successfully sat the Law Society licencing examination for Paralegal status, and practices exclusively in relation to W.S.I.B. law and policies.

His knowledge of the W.S.I.B. "Act" and related interpretative policies has proven invaluable in assisting Lefebvre and Lefebvre clients with their compensation related problems.

We encourage injured workers who may be experiencing problems with their claims to contact him as soon as difficulties arise, so that immediate corrective action can be taken on their behalf.

To that end, an initial free consultation is offered.

Past community Involvement

Gerry has served as a volunteer Provincial Probation Officer, and also as a Bail Verification and Supervision Officer under contract to the Salvation Army/Ontario Ministry of Corrections.

As well, he is particularly proud to have been a founding director of the Nova Vita Women's Shelter, serving both as treasurer and on the building committee.
